Stuveröd, a tranquil, picturesque and extremely secluded location on the east side of Skaftö, opposite the island of Flatön. With waters suitable for kayaking, the area provided inspiration for Swedish song-writer Taube. Long-established, coastal farming in a conservation area, with grazing cows, horses and sheep. The area is also home to cats, chickens and honeybees. Eco-friendly, rural life in the little cottage on the farm; 40 sqm with room for a small family. One double room, iron stove, loft bed with two single beds for the children or the more agile guest. Small living room with kitchenette and dining table, shower and WC, and a garden area with patio. You are welcome to help out with the daily care of the animals and sample the seasonal produce. Skaftö is a distinctive summer island with a well-established infrastructure and plenty of great eating places, two golf courses and fantastic bathing areas. Bicycles and kayaks are available on the farm. Walking distance of 400 metres to the boat and bathing jetty. A hearty welcome to Stuveröd all year round!
