Alnäs Farm – rural calm in a lively region
Welcome to Alnäs Farm and our Farmstay accommodation Kasen that lies idyllically by itself on a beautiful forest edge.
This is a 2-floor lodging, offering modern amenities in a genuine rural environment. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen is connected with a spacious dining room. The living room invites you with comfortable sofa and TV, and the bathroom is comfortably equipped with a shower and washing machine.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms:
– One has a divisible double bed (2 x 90 cm)
– The other has two single beds, one of which can be made into a double bed.
There is also a separate toilet/ WC.
Close to nature, close to water
Take a stroll to the nearby lake Alnäs. It is safe to take a bath here, or why not rent a boat/ canoe to float silently on its waters.
Hike, pick and enjoy
In the surrounding area there are nice walking paths through forests and fields. In summer and autumn season the woods are full of blueberries and chanterelles. Maybe you can find your very own, secret place to pick these treasures?
Visit our farm – a rural “life experience”
From your accommodation, it is a seven-minutes walk to the main farm. We have established a small farm shop (limited opening times) where you can stock up on apple juice from the farm’s cultivation and distillery, but also lamb-products, honey, small-scale delicacies.
Meet the farm animals like horses, sheep, hens, cats and dogs, or observe our bees in their hives.

Drive on road 911 towards Rabbalshede village.
