Kohlswa Herrgård is an idyllic haven in the Bergslagen area in Västmanland offering accommodation in traditional buildings dating from the 1660s to the 19th century. All the rooms are non-smoking and have free WiFi, cable TV and tiled bathrooms with a shower and WC. Extra beds and dog-friendly rooms can be booked in advance for a supplementary charge. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available to rent. Just a stone’s throw away is our own organically certified farm, Kolsva Lantbruk, where you can buy minced beef, meat products and colostrum from the farm. Relax in our sauna complex, enjoy a fishing trip or take a dip in the nearby Hedströmmen river. Stroll in the forest and countryside, play billiards at the manor house or rent a quad bike. These are just some of all the activities available to our guests.
Larger groups can rent bigger rooms with space for 5–60 people. These facilities are ideal for conferences, weddings and other large gatherings.
The small community of Kolsva is within walking or cycling distance. There you will find a grocery store, a hairdresser, a library and bus connections to the larger town of Köping. From Köping you can easily take the train to other towns in the vicinity.
