Our relaxation area consists of a wood-fired sauna and hot tub. You have full access to the spa area during your stay. After agreement, it is possible to have the sauna and bath heated until your arrival, at an extra cost. Contact us for more information.

Newly renovated cottage with large living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Close to lakes, forest, meadows. The nearest food shop and a petrol station are located in Åtvidaberg, 10 km away. There you will also find a golf course, restaurants, museum and swimming areas. Nearest swimming area 2 km – take our three bicycles that are available to borrow.
The clothing shop “Klädhuset” lies in Falerum, 10 km

The house has 2 floors. The ground floor comprises:
– Large living room with a sofa bed, large dining table and TV with Apple TV
– Kitchen with a small dining table and dishwasher
– Bathroom with washing machine
First floor:
– Large bedroom with double bed (160 cm)
– Large bedroom with double bed (180 cm), single bed (80 cm) and TV
The house has everything you would expect from a modern home, including free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: oven/microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, etc. Dishwasher and washing machine.
The relaxation area is right behind the house, with sauna and hot tub. There is also a small lawn with a table, chairs and a barbecue. The area is very peaceful and sheltered.
Note! The open fireplace in the house may not be used. Fire ban.
We also have a hunting cabin close to the property, where you can grill in an open fireplace. (See pictures)
The house is located close to the main building (see picture) where my partner and I live with our dog.
Cleaning fee for stays up to 2 nights, 400 kr. Cleaning fee for 3 nights or longer, 900 kr
Two boxes of firewood are included. They are enough to heat the hot tub once and sauna 3-4 times depending on the outside temperature. The hot tub stays warm for a few days after heating because it is insulated. An extra box of firewood costs 200 kr.

During June, July and August (v 23 – 35), you can only make weekly bookings (7 nights) with check-in on Sunday and check-out on Sunday. You can of course book a week without using all the days.

Directions
10 km south of Åtvidaberg, along Road 35.
Turn right off Road 35 at the sign ‘Bo på lantgård, Gabinusgården’.
Then continue straight ahead for 200 metres. The house is located on the left-hand side, opposite a large red barn with the sign ‘Gabinusgården’.
