Welcome to Skölvs gård
Accommodation in a genuine Swedish country setting, surrounded by greenery and farm animals. Our holiday homes have an entry-code for easy check-in as well as parking facilities for small and larger vehicles. Enjoy the coziness of our rooms, tastefully furnished and freshly prepared at your arrival. You’ll find a TV and free Wifi in the living room.
With access to the garden, take a stroll and taste some fresh berries or fruits. We offer outdoor furniture and a barbecue for our guests. Enjoy the neighboorhood to our farm animals like goats, hens, horses and cats. If you want to get to know them more closely, let us know and we arrange an “animal meet and greet”.
Since our farm has more than one accomodation to offer, check with us which house is available at the time of your arrival. Our farmstay is open to turists and business guests.
Hus Öbacka
The typically swedish “red cottage” where you feel at home immediately, wooden floors and rustic ceiling beams.
The house has three bedrooms: The family room with 1 double bed, 1 single bed. A double room with 2 single beds. And the single room with 1 single bed. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with WC/ bathtub /basin and washing machine.
Gårdstorpet
A historic farm house that emanates its rustic charm, freshly renovated in 2020. Fully equipped kitchen, living room and sleeping loft.
Places to sleep: in the living room 1 single bed (100 cm) and 1 sleeping-couch. In the sleeping loft 1 dubbel bed (180cm) and 1 camp bed. Another small bed room is located in the garden house. This is also where we have the privy (simple standard but heatable), a shower and a washing machine.
You can park your vehicle in a covered carport.

Directions
Our farm is located in the countryside, but is still easy to find and access through motorway E18-E20. The nearest town is Glanshammar, 1 km, which offers a grocery store and a bus station. 15 km to Örebro, 190 km to Stockholm, 120 km to Karlstad. It's easiest to visit us by car: From the motorway exit at no. 117 towards Glanshammar. On the road to Glanshammar turn right at the first possible crossing, and right again after 10 m. You have reached our farm. Petrol station (Preem) and recycling lot close to the farm.
