BrÄnstrands family farm

Long before urban families made cow releases a trend, the BrÄnstrand farm was already one step ahead: With cow safaris and barefoot adventures, Karina and Rune invite their guests into the pasture and the scenic landscapes of EmÄn Valley. The farm is also home to cuddly lambs, rabbits, and cats! For those seeking slightly wilder experiences, birdwatching and fishing await.

Åkerbo GĂ„rd – Blacknose sheep

The world’s cutest sheep and the kindest fleeces—Åkerbo Farm in VĂ€rmland offers the best of animal husbandry. Christina and HĂ„kan run the sheep house and craft felted fleeces using wool from Valais Blacknose sheep. The beauty of it? The sheep continue grazing peacefully in their flock while you take home a ‘kind fleece.’ Felting workshops, online shop and stylish sheep-themed accommodations—even for larger groups.

Åsa & HĂ„kans Farm with bakery

Welcome to Östersund and its surroundings, where Åsa and HĂ„kan offer authentic accommodations with breakfast baskets in charming cottages. Their early 19th-century farm also features a traditional baking house, where guests can learn the art of making Swedish flatbread and crispbread. Room & breakfast options include family rooms—ideal for your road trip north. Snow is guaranteed in winter, with trails for snowmobiles, kicksleds, and cross-country skiing!

Södervidinge B&B

On the scenic plains of SkĂ„ne near Lund, you can learn the art of weaving! Host Siv teaches traditional Swedish weaving techniques, and guests get to take home their own rag rug, table runner, or wall hanging. Two- and four-day weaving courses are offered several times a year. Naturally, course participants stay comfortably in personally decorated B&B rooms with private bathrooms—and plenty of handwoven textiles throughout.
